Temp/T2P Office Manager
Our client is a digital advertising company seeking an Office Manager/EA to come on board immediately. Please note, this is a temporary position – there is potential for it to go permanent but all applicants must be open to starting on a temporary basis. This role will be in-person and all employees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage the front desk area – answer phones, prepare conference rooms, pickup and sort mail & packages
- Act as first point of contact with vendors – maintain vendor relationships, follow up for service requests
- Order supplies and maintain supply closet and pantry
- Order catering & prepare for office-wide events
- Assist with travel scheduling & hotel accommodations for executives
- Assist with onboarding of new employees including equipment setup
- Oversee calendar management for executives
- Monthly expense reporting
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of previous administrative support experience – ideally a mix of office management and executive support responsibilities
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- A high degree of professionalism and maturity – ability to maintain confidentiality is crucial
- Outstanding organizational & time management skills
Hourly rate for this role is dependent on experience but will range from $28-35/hr.
