Workplace Experience Manager
Our client, a rapidly growing global AdTech media agency, requires support of a NY-based Workplace Experience Manager. The Workplace Experience Manager shall be responsible for high level office management across all offices at our client.
This is an immediate need and will begin remote, however will be required to go into the office during the summer months to help plan the official office reopening strategy.
Responsibilities:
? Play a key role in the creation and execution of reopening plan
? Serve as lead of office operations
? Ensure all physical safety & compliance standards are met
? Industry and social event coordination
? Consistently finding ways to improve office life via wellness events or similar
? Employee equipment provisioning
? Escalation point for serious maintenance issues
? Perform regular surveys to gauge employee satisfaction with physical workspaces
? Manage 1-3 team members
Desired Skills and Experience:
? 3-6+ years experience in office management, employee engagement, or similar
? Ability to remain calm under pressure
? Ability to work well within a team, communicate needs, give constructive feedback, jump
in when needed
? Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
