Director of Technical Recruiting
Our client is seeking a Director of Technical Recruitment to join their wonderful team in NYC. Their software helps top clients achieve optimal customer engagement across all their digital platforms. They are looking for someone who can conceptualize, build, and manage their entire technical recruiting team. While this position will focus mostly on strategic talent management, the employee must have previous experience recruiting across technical roles.
Requirements
- 10+ years of technical recruitment experience
- 5+ years of leading, mentoring and building technical recruitment teams.
- In-house technical recruiting experience for a variety of technical and product-focused roles ranging from product engineering, product management, product design, etc
- Experience scaling engineering organizations
- A love for data
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
