Technical Recruiter
Our client, a tech start up in NYC, is hiring for a Technical Recruiter to join their amazing team. This person will focus mostly on building out product and engineering tams. The employee will be responsible for relationship building, managing, sourcing, and facilitating the interview process.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Head of Engineering and engineering team to understand their hiring objectives
- Follow up with and provide recommendations to the hiring teams throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate documentation within Greenhouse to track candidate progress through the funnel and maintain data integrity for reporting
- Strive for diversity, equity, and inclusion while sourcing and submitting candidates for all roles
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of technical sourcing or full-cycle recruiting role for engineering candidates
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience
- Deep understanding and ability to communicate complex technical requirements
- Greenhouse experience preferred
- Excited to work at a startup and to contribute to building and iterating on existing processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable handling multiple priorities, and pivoting as needs change
