Executive Assistant
Our client, a fast-growing tech startup (SaaS), is looking to add an Executive Assistant to their team! The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of true administrative experience supporting Executives, is proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:

Manage CEO’s time, calendar and travel arrangements.

Coordinate Leadership Team's communications, document creation, complex calendar management.

Facilitate changes to daily events to meet key deliverables.

Assist Recruiting/HR team with people operations related tasks as needed.

Answer employee requests and questions.

Perform ad-hoc tasks as needed.
What you bring:
-
2-3 years relevant experience required, ideally in a rapidly scaling company.

Ability to work on a high volume of tasks with minimal guidance or supervision.

Positive and professional can-do attitude.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-
Proficiency with Google Suite and complex calendar management.
Salary: ~65k
