Administrative Assistant
Our client, a medium-sized Certified Public Accounting firm, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team! This is a FULL-TIME position with the need to be in the office in person.
**This position is located in Suffolk County, New York**
This role offers a diverse set of tasks and is in a fast paced environment. We are seeking candidates who are reliable, hard working, and detail orientated! We look forward to speaking with you.
Responsibilities
- Client correspondence and communication
- Deadline driven tasks
- Collating tax returns
- Typing and proofreading financial statements
- Answering phones
- Word processing
- Sorting mail, scanning, copying, faxing, typing, etc.
- Ability to work independently and to multi-task
- Client billing
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of administrative experience
- Previous experience in an accounting office is a plus!
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience using CCH ProSystem is a plus!
