HR Project Manager
Our client, a global non-profit, is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented HR Project Manager. This will start ASAP and begin remote during this time. Please note, this is a long-term contract opportunity and currently has no end date nor is stated to transition into a permanent role.
Ideal candidate will be an expert in technical and procedural implementations with an emphasis on system enhancements, process refinement, and project management. The Human Resources Project Manager will oversee all aspects of key projects and initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Create and implement comprehensive project plans
- Create all project docs ensuring that all desired functionality is defined
- Proactively refine Human Resources operations and simplifying actions whenever possible
- Strategically introduce new processes and technology
- Provide strategic and tactical leadership for the Human Resources team that ensures department goals, improved efficiencies and customer satisfaction meet or exceed expectations
- Participate in and contribute to the annual work planning process
- Review and maintain reports to ensure compliance with federal, state, local regulations and the Center’s policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- 7-10 years exposure in HR Project Management
- SPHR or PHR designation.
- Certification in Lean and/or Six Sigma and/or PMP
- Demonstrates effective interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, and planning skills
- Ability to handle sensitive matters and maintain confidentiality
This opportunity will pay $30-45/hour
