Executive Assistant
Our client, a global corporate communications firm is looking for an Executive Assistant to join their growing team. In this role, you will be supporting the head of their NYC office and another key player in the office. The ideal candidate has been in a support role for 6 years, has outstanding written and verbal communication skills, thrives in a corporate environment, and has a 24/7 mentality.
Job Description:
- Manages details for domestic and international travel schedules and itineraries for senior-level, client-facing staff
- Executes heavy calendar management – both personal and business-related events
- Composes reports and correspondence as requested
- Acts as a liaison between partners and office staff
- Prepare meeting materials
- Manages multiple projects simultaneously
- Collaborates with other administrative staff to establish procedures that enhance operational policies
- Maintain strong internal relationships with SF, U.S. and international team
- Willing to perform other relevant ad hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 6 years of administrative support experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
