T2P Customer Operations
Our client, a well-known food company, is looking to bring on a Customer Operations Representative. Their ideal candidate is highly analytical and customer-centric, with familiarity in supply chain/logistics. This is a temp position with potential to go perm. Compensation is up to $22/hour, depending on experience.
Responsibilities:

Manage customer order fulfillment and delivery in a timely manner

Provide excellent customer support

Partner cross-functionally to exceed customer expectations, create solutions to any issues, and drive vendor compliance

Coordinate reverse logistics and customer reimbursement as needed

Support management and other teams with initiatives, special projects, and reports
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree
-
Minimum 2 years experience working for a CPG organization

Effective problem-solving and communication skills
-
APICS certification is a plus
