Business Development Coordinator

Summary: Our client, a top international architecture firm, is looking for a Business Development Coordinator to join their Business Development team. This is a brand-new role for the company and in this role, you will be supporting their Director of Business Development. Candidates must have used InDesign, be comfortable using a CRM system, and have a passion for both marketing and business development. The ideal candidate has 3 years of experience in marketing, business development or a related field.  

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with data entry and maintenance of client development information in the firm’s CRM
  • Participate in market/industry research in support of the firm’s key markets
  • Support administrative activities related to Business Development and Marketing
  • Assist with research related to team formation and RFQ/RFP preparation
  • Maintain the firm’s list of conferences/events, and support teams in preparation
    • In preparation of presentation materials, both internal and external
    • in preparation of business development plans and tools to implement these plans
  • Collaborate with colleagues in External Communications department as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3 years of experience in marketing & business development
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in InDesign
  • Comfortable using a CRM platform
