Director of Talent
Our client is looking for a Director of Talent. Their mission is to improve healthcare in urban communities. This client is located in Brooklyn, NY and this is a brand-new position for their team. In this role, you will be in charge of scaling their talent operations & strategy. You will manage a team of 4 people, own the full-cycle recruitment process, and streamline the hiring process as you see fit.
Responsibilities:
- Optimize talent best practices throughout the entire organization
- Build and maintain strong, effective relationships with senior leaders, hiring managers, and other critical stakeholders
- Cultivate employer brand
- Build and own the D&I strategy and initiatives
- Build and manage a holistic full-cycle talent function and employer brand marketing
- Develop and manage a growing team of recruiters across clinical, technical, and business teams
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience in recruitment
- Experience working at a venture backed or commercial startup is a plus
- Strong track record of managing the full-cycle recruiting process
- You flourish in fast-paced environments, identifying your own opportunities for success and iterating tightly on feedback
