T2P Health Recruiter
Our client, a leading company in the home care industry, is seeking an action-oriented and responsible individual for a full-time field recruitment position! This role will find potential candidates for employment within the company, manage the on-boarding process, and assist with any HR/Recruitment needs. The ideal candidate will have an interest in the healthcare space, experience in HR, and the ability to work independently with a “no task to big or too small” mentality. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with an immediate start date.
Responsibilities:
- Performing initial interviews to determine candidate suitability for placement
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to schedule all interviews
- Conduct open house recruiting for both on site and off site events
- Track recruiting activities and provide candidate status in a weekly report
- Constantly looking for new opportunities to improve the candidate experience
- Provide backup administrative support to the HR assistant as needed
- Issue background checks and offer letters
- Ensure 100% compliance with all guidelines
Qualifications:
- College degree preferred, or equivalent to 2 year’s work experience, preferably in home care
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to use computerized systems
Compensation DOE:
- Hourly rate is $16-$18/ hour and will convert at 45k
