Office Manager

Our client, an international architecture firm, is looking for an Office Manager to join their team. This is a leading architecture firm and a great opportunity for anyone looking to expand their skills as an Office Manager. In this role you will directly manage the facilities/administrative team of 9 and make sure the office runs smoothly for the 300+ employees. The ideal candidate has been an Office Manager for 7 years, has 3 years of managerial experience, is extremely professional and embodies the idea of no task being too big or too small.

Responsibilities:

· Manage a team of 9 direct reports.

· Handle the day-to-day office operations.

· Handel a mixture of administrative and office support tasks.

· Greet all visitors and prepare meeting spaces.

· Help with bookkeeping, meeting management, employee travel, onsite interviews, event management, etc.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and well-supplied office including a stocked kitchen.

· Organize all-hands meetings and company lunches / happy hours.

· Serve as the point person for office maintenance, mailing, shopping, supplies, equipment, bills, and errands.

· Maintain calendars and agendas for company-wide meetings and events.

· Handle all the new hire tech set up.

 

Qualifications:

·  Bachelor’s degree

·  7 years of experience as an Office/ Operations Manger

·  Proficiency in Microsoft Office

·  Advanced skill of Excel and Google Mail, Google Calendar
