Business Immigration Associate

Our client is seeking an associate to join our expanding New Haven-based business immigration and nationality law and compliance team (future option to work in other office locations possible).
The preferred full-time candidate will have substantive hands-on experience working with a variety of employer clients to analyze eligibility and compliance requirements and craft cases on behalf of employees including but not limited to: nonimmigrant (E, H, J, K, L, O, P, TN, etc.) and immigrant (EB-1, EB-2, EB-3) visa petitions; PERM, AOS/IV, and naturalization applications; and RFE/audit responses. The position involves independently managing cases, coordinating with paralegals, and being in direct contact with clients to counsel through the employee immigration life cycle.
Excellent writing, communication, and organization skills required, along with having or obtaining CT bar admission.
Part-time or contract attorneys may be considered.
