Recruiting Assistant
Our client, a prestigious strategy consulting firm, is hiring a Recruiting Assistant in their Atlanta office. This role will provide administrative assistance for the recruiting efforts, and reports into a GREAT mentor/manager. Ideal role for someone with administrative or recruiting support experience that wants to grow long-term in the campus recruiting space.

You'll get to:
- Schedule in-office interviews for candidates and set up interview-day logistics, including securing interviewers, scheduling students, creating candidate interview packages, reserving conference rooms, and organizing catering
- Assist in the tracking of application statistics and general recruiting data
- Handle communication and correspondence with recruits on a continual basis
- Coordinate logistics for marketing events, including presentations, dinners, advertisements, career fairs, etc. and be present at select events as needed.
- Assist in creating offer letter packages and keeping recruiting materials organized
- Assist in planning and coordinating full time and intern offeree weekends, including reserving hotel rooms, liaising with recruits to send invites and track RSVPs, creating logistical memos and agendas, updating presentations, booking conference rooms for in-office events, creating gift bags and organizing group transportation
- Utilize HRIS for data entry, event management and reporting on a daily basis. This includes entering all recruiting events into HRIS prior to sending out commitment calendars, maintain candidate process and generating appropriate response letters in HRIS
- Monitor and proactively maintain recruiting supplies, including marketing materials and office supplies
- Perform other administrative duties such as maintaining recruiting biographies, ordering catering, etc. as requested or as responsibilities dictate
We hope you’ll have:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; 1 year of administrative or recruiting support experience, preferably in a professional services firm
- Outstanding interpersonal, written /verbal communication, customer service and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
