Job description
Our client, a leading software startup in NYC, is looking for a permanent corporate and technical Recruiter to join their team. Their brand is about helping companies operate more efficiently, by streamlining their e-commerce processes from start to finish. The candidate will join a growing team and will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates and onboarding new employees for both corporate and technical positions The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in full life cycle technical/corporate recruiting, is able to work on multiple searches at a time and is excited about working within the technical startup space.
Responsibilities:

Assess recruiting needs and to identify key recruitment issues

Implement and utilize effective recruitment strategies

Recommend recruitment strategy for all open positions

Create/update job descriptions and detailed search assignments and gain an understanding of job duties responsibilities and business requirements

Provide exceptional client service and full life cycle recruiting, including workforce planning, and special search assignments

Generate and screen resumes and applications, schedule applicant appointments and conduct in-depth interviews

Onboard new employees providing hands-on training and explaining benefits/compensation details
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree

7+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience for both corporate and technical roles

Possess an understanding of technical recruiting terminology and have experience filling a various technical positions

A warm and energetic personality, strong interpersonal skills and a desire to be part of a great, collaborative team

Some agency recruiting experience is okay but should not be the majority of the candidate’s experience.
