Administrative Assistant/Creative
Our client, a well-known creative agency, is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their growing team! The ideal candidate has a go-getter attitude with a mentality of no task is too big or small and has previously worked in a support role in a corporate setting.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule meetings
- Coordinate company-wide events
- Maintain neat office space
- Clerical duties – answer phones (forward and/or take messages for appropriate contact), filing, data entry, etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ year(s) of experience in corporate office
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to take initiative and complete work on your own
