Temporary Recruiter
Our client, a luxury health and fitness company, is looking for a temporary Recruiter to join their team on an ongoing basis!
The ideal candidate would have outstanding people skills and a strong ability to build relationships, 2+ years of experience in a full-cycle recruiting role, amazing attention to detail and great written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and scheduling intake meetings, interviews, travel, on-site candidate meetings, etc.
- Conducting in-depth interviews with candidates for culture fit assessment
- Managing and maintain job posts on multiple outlets
- Consistently recruiting through your own prospecting, leveraging your network, and social channels while managing a pipeline of direct applicants
- Serving as a business partner to the hiring managers
- Producing hiring manager prep emails and providing weekly pipeline updates
- Collaborating across the business for additional projects and reports as needed
- Operating with the upmost confidentiality for all matters of hiring, both internal and external
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in full-cycle recruiting, from candidate origination through offer negotiations and close
- A focus on quality versus quantity
- Ability to manage multiple searches across multiple hiring managers simultaneously
- Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible when needed
This role would pay $20-$30/hour depending on experience
