Corporate Recruiter
Our client, a leading player in the fitness industry, is looking for a permanent Corporate Recruiter to join their team! Their brand is about luxury, fitness, movement, and nutrition which is felt the moment you walk into their headquarters. In this position, you would be a leading member of their recruitment team. The ideal candidates as 5-7 years of experience in full life cycle recruitment, is able to work on 12-15 searches at a time, works well under pressure and is passionate about the fitness industry.
Responsibilities:
- Assess recruiting needs and to identify key recruitment issues
- Implement and utilize effective recruitment strategies
- Recommend recruitment strategy for all open positions
- Create/update job descriptions and detailed search assignments and gain an understanding of job duties responsibilities and business requirements
- Provide exceptional client service and full life cycle recruiting, including workforce planning, and special search assignments
- Generate and screen resumes and applications, schedule applicant appointments and conduct in-depth interviews
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 - 7 years of full life cycle recruiting experience
- Interest in the fitness industry
