Our client is a well-known organization in the entertainment business and is seeking a bilingual Junior Receptionist to help the office with all day-to-day operations. Reporting to the Senior Receptionist, the candidate must be looking for long-term employment and able to read, write and speak in both English and Spanish fluently. Candidate should be upbeat, approachable and interested in working in a small, tight-knit office.

Responsibilities include basic administrative tasks that include but are not limited to:

• Greeting visitors for appointments and meetings with staff
• Answering telephone calls
• Retrieving and delivering packages and incoming mail
• Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
• Take inventory on office supplies and place new orders as needed
• Other ad hoc projects as requested

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of previous corporate reception/administrative experience
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Customer service attitude and strong sense of professionalism
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Compensation: $40-45K commensurate on experience
