Special Assistant
Our client is a growing non-profit seeking an Administrative Assistant for their office. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast pace work environment, have superlative power point skills, and a passion for the non-profit space. This is a temp-to-perm starting immediately.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the CEO's schedule
- Book travel and draft itineraries
- Heavy phone management
- Interfacing with guests upon their arrival
- Maintaining the general office appearance and supplies
- Assist in organizing office events
- Manage select HR administrative support
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-3 years of Administrative experience
- A passion for the non-profit space
- Superlative power point skills
- Ability to work in a fast pace work environment
- Superlative organizational skills
- Self-starter with a can-do mentality
