Recruiting Coordinator
Our client, a global non-profit that’s focused on women’s rights, is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented HR Recruiting Coordinator to come on board immediately.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to schedule all interviews
- Coordinate domestic/international travel for visiting candidates
- Track recruiting activities and provide candidate status in a weekly report
- Constantly looking for new opportunities to improve the candidate experience
- Provide backup administrative support to the HR assistant as needed
- Issue background checks and offer letters
- Ensure 100% compliance with all guidelines
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of recruiting coordinator or HR experience or 1+ years of administrative experience
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
- Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail; strong drive for results
- Ability to function in fast paced, innovative and open environment
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, handle multiple tasks and concurrent projects simultaneously
Compensation DOE:
$15/hr on the temp side
$45K when it becomes permanent
