HR Business Partner - Secaucus, NJ
Our client, a leading e-commerce company, is looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner in their Secaucus, NJ office!
Responsibilities:
- Executive the company's initiatives and driving all HR functions and process improvement
- Understand business goals and recommend new approaches when needed
- Handle employee terminations, help with development plans, and corrective action
- Operations Management
- Coaching/ mentoring
- Ownership and management of Learning & Development initiatives
- Stay up to date with compliance and legal concerns
- Partner with senior leadership
- Implement policies/ procedures when needed
- Employee Relations
- Partner with operations leadership in the development of engagement action plans
Qualifications:
- 8-10 years HR experience
- 6 years HR management experience
- 2+ years in a warehouse environment (within the last 5 years)
- Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
- A strong solutions focus and be comfortable working in an environment which demands strong deliverables along with the ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions
- Excellent problem solver
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Suite, HRIS systems, etc)
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus
