Associate Project Coordinator

Our client is a building law consultant in search of a project coordinator to come on board as soon as possible. This person will be providing support to the team of project managers with document preparation, distribution & maintenance.  This role is a temp-to-perm opportunity – all applicants must be open to starting on a temporary basis and must have immediate availability to interview & start.

Responsibilities include:

  • Prepare and distribute documents to clients and colleagues
  • Review completed documents for accuracy
  • Update client information and maintain records in filing system
  • Submit executed applications to government agencies as needed
  • Provide administrative support to department



  • 1-2 years of previous administrative experience in a corporate setting (internships included)
  • Previous experience in construction, building, zoning or a legal field is ideal
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite


Please note, this role will begin as a remote position but applicants should be open to returning to the office in the future.  Pay will be based on experience - $15-17/hr during the temporary period, and will convert at $45k (plus OT and benefits).  Please note, all applicants must be open to this range.
