Recruiting Operations, Senior Analyst

Our client, a leading marketing agency, is looking for a Recruiting Ops Analyst to come on board immediately. **This position will begin on a temp to perm basis and is slated to convert around the 90-day mark.

 

You’ll be a fit if you love managing recruiting process and strategy, have an ability to train and work with anyone and believe systems can always be improved.

 

 

 

The Recruiting Operations Analyst role will support both the internal recruiting function and the onboarding process. You will assist in managing the applicant tracking and inbound systems, coordinating recruitment at all levels, and working with hiring managers and executives to grow the agency in every department.

What You Will Do:

? Lead and develop recruiting strategy

? Provide day to day oversight over all recruiting operations

? Manage application tracking system, Greenhouse

? Leverage recruiting data and share reporting & insights with internal team and stakeholders, create plans for process improvement

? Prepare and manage job postings

? Develop and lead regular interview trainings

? Drive campus recruiting strategy

Skills and Requirements:

? Minimum 2-3 years of experience in recruiting and/or managing similarly complex logistics in professional settings

? Experience designing and implementing new processes, with a demonstrated passion for process improvement

? Experience with an Applicant Tracking System, preferably Greenhouse
