Leadership & Succession Operations Assistant (REMOTE)
Our client, a premier provider of executive search and leadership advisory services, is looking for a Leadership and Succession Operations Assistant to work remotely with the Atlanta office. The Operations Assistant will support the business that offers advisory services related to decision-making and development for Boards and key executive talent. Clients are typically Chief Executive Officers, Chief Human Resources Officers, and Board Chairs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Keep up-to-date on consultant and Leadership Specialist experience and expertise
o Track the expertise and experience of consultants to make recommendations and decisions on staffing of projects
o Understand the components and roles and engagements
2.Manage talent supply and demand process for Leadership and Succession projects with a focus on staffing junior resources globally
o Fulfil staffing requests, ensuring a sound understanding of the type of resource required, the time needed, and project start and end dates
o Provide bi-weekly reporting on client-facing staff utilization
o Solicit regular updates from Associates and Specialists
3.Provide project and administrative support
o Create, transcribe, edit, proofread, and format presentations, word files, excel spreadsheets, and general correspondence
o Coordinate calls, meeting schedules, and itineraries involving other colleagues and at times, outside organizations
o Manage expense report processing for the Director
Requirements:
This role is remote, but candidates would have meetings and access to the Atlanta office, so should be commutable to mid-town Atlanta.
- Required: College degree from a 4-year accredited institution
- Project coordination and project management experience
- Professional services experience or other similarly service-oriented experience; experience working for a top-tier consultancy firm is strongly preferred; 3+ years of related work experience is preferred
