Administrative Assistant

Our client, a medium-sized Certified Public Accounting firm, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team! This is a FULL-TIME position with the need to be in the office in person.

**This position is located in Suffolk County, New York**

This role offers a diverse set of tasks and is in a fast paced environment. We are seeking candidates who are reliable, hard working, and detail orientated! We look forward to speaking with you.



  • Client correspondence and communication
  • Deadline driven tasks
  • Collating tax returns
  • Typing and proofreading financial statements
  • Answering phones
  • Word processing
  • Sorting mail, scanning, copying, faxing, typing, etc.
  • Ability to work independently and to multi-task
  • Client billing



  • At least 5 years of administrative experience
  • Previous experience in an accounting office is a plus! 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience using CCH ProSystem is a plus!
