Operations, Customer Service and Sales Support Manager, Wholesale

Our client, a jewelry wholesaler in NYC, is seeking an Operations, Customer Service and Sales Support Manager who will oversee the daily operations, procedures and efficiency of the customer service and sales department. This role directly supports the national sales force and works closely with the sales and production departments to ensure timely delivery of orders, facilitate special requests, and resolve customer issues and complaints.

This position plays a key role in the vitality of the wholesale business operations by managing order flow, providing support for the national sales force and 75+ independent retail accounts as well as monitoring department workflow.

Main responsibilities include a combination of customer service management, administrative and communication (phone and email) duties, sales and brand management support, and inventory management.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent field • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint focused)• 3-5 years customer service experience required
• Experience with Microsoft Navision preferred
• Experience in fine jewelry industry preferred
• Proven ability in managing customer service team preferred
• Strong analytical skills
• Technologically-inclined
