Administrative Assistant
Our client, an online investment company, is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support a 2-4 person leadership team. The ideal candidate is a gritty self-starter with prior office experience and the ability to multi-task under moving priorities. This is a temp to perm opportunity starting ASAP.
Responsibilities:
- Provide calendar support and management for the leadership team
- Assist leaders with set up for executive meetings and events
- Book travel (via travel agent) for leaders
- Support Chief of Staff with ad hoc tasks as needed
Requirements:
- 2-5 years experience as an Administrative Assistant supporting a team of leaders
- Experience with Google Suite and slack
- Superior relationship building skills
- Highly organized
- Stellar communication skills
Compensation: $15-16.5/hour, converting to 45-55k.
