Executive Assistant

Our client, a media company, is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support 2-3 executives. Please note, this is a temp-to-perm opportunity. All applicants MUST be open to starting on a temporary basis and have the ability to start immediately.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Execute heavy calendar management for executive
  • Coordinate travel arrangements
  • Act as a liaison between executives and office staff
  • Prepare meeting materials
  • Assist with coordination of internal events/office outings
  • Order and maintain supplies
  • Ad hoc duties as needed

 

Qualifications:

  • Previous executive support experience, ideally 3-4 years in a tech focused, creative environment
  • A high proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Tech savvy with the ability to pick up on new programs quickly
  • Highly organized with a track record of being resourceful and self-motivated
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and change, results-oriented, and ability to multitask
  • Demonstrated excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills

 

This opportunity will pay $23-$27/hour on the temp side and convert between $60k-$70k, depending on experience
