T2P HR Coordinator

Our client, a popular music label is looking for an HR Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have Workday experience, work well in a face-pace environment and have a passion for music. This is a true temp-to-perm (converting within 90 days for the right fit) and starting ASAP. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Run orientation for the entire company (speaking in front of large crowds)
  • On-board all employees via Workday
  • Manage the calendar for the SVP of HR via Outlook
  • Oversee the Internship Program
  • Pull reports
  • Manage communication with employees and their managers
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits and Training & Development teams on current and future HR activities
  • Administrative support

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3 years of HR Admin experience (Internship, assistant, etc.)
  • Comfortable with Workday
  • Works well under pressure
  • Calendar management via Outlook
  • Practices careful communication
  • Ability to proactively seek the needs of the team and employees

RATE: $20-22/hr and converting at $52K + benefits
