T2P HR Coordinator
Our client, a popular music label is looking for an HR Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have Workday experience, work well in a face-pace environment and have a passion for music. This is a true temp-to-perm (converting within 90 days for the right fit) and starting ASAP.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Run orientation for the entire company (speaking in front of large crowds)
- On-board all employees via Workday
- Manage the calendar for the SVP of HR via Outlook
- Oversee the Internship Program
- Pull reports
- Manage communication with employees and their managers
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits and Training & Development teams on current and future HR activities
- Administrative support
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3 years of HR Admin experience (Internship, assistant, etc.)
- Comfortable with Workday
- Works well under pressure
- Calendar management via Outlook
- Practices careful communication
- Ability to proactively seek the needs of the team and employees
RATE: $20-22/hr and converting at $52K + benefits
