Senior Recruiter
Our client, a Top-Tier E-Commerce Company, is looking to hire an ambitious and driven Senior Recruiter to join their growing Talent Acquisition team. They have a beautiful new office in lower Manhattan and great benefits to go along with a fun office culture & best-in-class product.
Compensation: Hourly Rate DOE, and $100-120K + Bonus + Equity if it were to be a great long-term fit.
Start Date: ASAP - Week of 9/23
Overview
- Proactively source and network with top talent for immediate hire and future pipelining for business facing roles including analytics, finance, business operations, marketing, customer experience, etc.
- Track and analyze pipeline and performance data to share with internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with coordinators on scheduling and communicating with candidates
- Drive improvements to enhance and scale our overall recruiting practice
- Work closely withy with hiring managers to align on timeline, goals, and interview process
- Conduct all screening interviews, reference calls, and exit calls
- Utilize the management & workflow within ATS (Greenhouse)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 4+ years total recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for a tech company, startup, or media, is ideal
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
