Enterprise Sales Executive - NJ Market
Our client, a leader in building code consulting and municipal permit filing, is seeking an Enterprise Sales Executive for their New Jersey Market (based in Jersey City, NJ). In this role the Sales Executive will be a hands on business partner and trusted advisor in developing and enhancing client relationships. This role will increase revenue through educating the client on our suite of service offerings, account development, project consulting, and day-to-day management of their portfolio.
The individual for this role is the market leaders tasked with implementing and executing the regional sales plan for the NJ market. The position is responsible for achieving the company’s strategic sales goals for the region. This position reports to the Director of Regional Sales
Responsibilities:
Business Development and Account Management:
- Formulate sales plan and identify revenue streams and opportunities for new service lines
- Understand trend analysis, market monitoring and results tracking
- Accurately forecast sales revenue shifts in marketplace and how it affects assigned territory
- Partner with the Corporate Marketing Department to develop and maintain up to date relevant regional marketing promotional material
Relationship Management
- Responsible for the day to day management of sales and relationships with customers to ensure continued and repeat business.
- Qualify, field, coordinate and follow up on RFP responses with the strategic goal of high probability award and market exposure and experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
- 3-5 years of sales experience
- Experience in construction, engineering, or architecture needed
- Must be comfortable with cold calling
- 8:30-5pm hours
- Expect to travel but only throughout NJ
