Our client, an elite boutique investment bank, is hiring a Payroll and Benefits Data Analyst to join their HR team of two. This is a great role for someone who enjoys both the analytical and people side of HR. Candidates need to have exposure and experience in Workday including HCM, report writing, data sources, troubleshooting Workday related issues, and creating detailed testing documentation. The Workday/ Payroll and Benefits portion will makeup about 50% of this role. Otherwise, you will handle aspects of recruiting and other general HR functions.

Responsibilities:

• Assist employees with any/all benefits related inquiries
• Advanced knowledge of Workday report writing, including vast understanding of all data sources and primary business objects required to support integrations
• Perform ongoing reconciliations and audits of HR data to ensure data integrity
• Analyze and troubleshoot Workday related issues through root-cause analysis and resolve
• Participate in HR special projects. Support annual processes within the HR team including benefits enrollment, performance/compensation reviews, etc.

• Aid in the recruitment process
• Onboard and offboard employees
• Act as an HR Generalist when needed

Qualifications:

• Advanced knowledge revolving around payroll and benefits
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience using Workday
• 5-10 years of experience in HR (including payroll and benefits).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Advanced skill of Excel
