2nd Chair Assistant to EA
Our client, a diversified holding company New York, is looking for a polished and professional individual to fill the role of 2nd Chair Assistant to EA. The ideal candidate will make sure that everything runs smoothly by managing phones, scheduling, and projects in the office. This opportunity is direct hire with an ASAP start date.
Responsibilities:
- Heavy scheduling and calendar management, book traveling details
- Provide back up support to whatever the EA might need
- Attend meetings as requested
- Track and ensure expense reports are processed in a timely manner
- Establish and enhance admin policies
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of administrative support experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Can take direction well
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
