Our client, a leading software startup in NYC, is looking for a permanent corporate and technical Recruiter to join their team. Their brand is about helping companies operate more efficiently, by streamlining their e-commerce processes from start to finish. The candidate will join a growing team and will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates and onboarding new employees for both corporate and technical positions The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in full life cycle technical/corporate recruiting, is able to work on multiple searches at a time and is excited about working within the technical startup space.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess recruiting needs and to identify key recruitment issues

  • Implement and utilize effective recruitment strategies

  • Recommend recruitment strategy for all open positions

  • Create/update job descriptions and detailed search assignments and gain an understanding of job duties responsibilities and business requirements

  • Provide exceptional client service and full life cycle recruiting, including workforce planning, and special search assignments

  • Generate and screen resumes and applications, schedule applicant appointments and conduct in-depth interviews

  • Onboard new employees providing hands-on training and explaining benefits/compensation details

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 7+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience for both corporate and technical roles

  • Possess an understanding of technical recruiting terminology and have experience filling a various technical positions

  • A warm and energetic personality, strong interpersonal skills and a desire to be part of a great, collaborative team

  • Some agency recruiting experience is okay but should not be the majority of the candidate’s experience.
