Office/Administrative Assistant

Our client, a well-known creative agency, is looking for an Office/Administrative Assistant to join their growing team! The ideal candidate has a go-getter attitude with a mentality of no task is too big or small and has previously worked in a support role in a corporate setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings
  • Coordinate company wide events
  • Maintain neat office space
  • Clerical duties – answer phones (forward and/or take messages for appropriate contact), filing, data entry, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1+ year(s) of experience in corporate office
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to take initiative and complete work on your own
