REAL ESTATE ATTORNEY

Prestigious, mid-sized New York City law firm seeks experienced Senior Associate with 7-12 years of relevant experience for its Real Estate Department. The firm represents financial institutions and lenders in various real estate financings throughout the U.S. Services start with initial due diligence and continue through document preparation and negotiation, title and survey review and closing. 

 

The candidate must be able to operate autonomously in the handling a broad range of matters including:

  • Purchase and Sales
  • Joint Venture
  • financing/loan documents
  • commercial leasing agreements                                                                                                            

     The candidate must have strong academic credentials, excellent communication, analytical and writing skills.

  Must be admitted and a member in good standing of New York bar to apply.
