Valerie graduated from Hofstra University in 2011 with a Bachelor’s degree in Design. Her creative spirit prompted her to enter the fashion world where she remained for 6+ years prior to joining Clarity as a Recruiter/Account Executive in 2017. From retail management to merchandising and wholesale, Valerie had seen it all in fashion, but something was missing – she sought to truly help people. When she was introduced to Clarity while exploring new opportunities to transition industries, she had a literal moment of clarity and knew recruitment would be a great fit. Influenced greatly by her passion for wellness, Valerie is also certified Holistic Health Coach, and our resident expert on self-care – we all need to be reminded to do this more! She applies her caring nature and strong intuition to place people where they can reach great potential, and feel good about themselves.
In her free time, Valerie loves trying new recipes, exploring local farmers markets, spending time with friends and family, and spending time with her adorable Beabull (English Bulldog/Beagle) puppy, Miles!
