Temp Scheduler
Our client, a nonprofit in the policy and politics space, is seeking a Temporary Part-Time Scheduler to support their Executive Director. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and calendar management skills (using Outlook), experience supporting an executive, and a high attention to detail. This is a hybrid position, in-office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays with an expectation to work 20-25 hours per week between the hours of 9am-6pm for the next 2-3 months. Candidates must be vaccinated against Covid-19 to be considered.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Calendar management within Outlook
- Drafting email and calendar responses on the executive’s behalf
- Comfortability with an ever-changing calendar
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in the admin space
- Experience within the nonprofit space
- Superb attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure, multi-task and complete projects on time
- Knowledge, understanding, and experience working with a mission driven company
Pay: $30/hour-$35/hour (depending on experience)
