Corporate Senior Recruiter & Talent Acquisition Specialist
Successful Consulting Firm is seeking a Senior Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist.
This position reports to the EVP of Corporate Human Resources
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Perform full cycle recruiting for various levels of corporate positions
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand each new job opening, partner with hiring team to write attractive job postings that are appealing to candidates
- Post positions to company career website and external job boards
- Manage external executive recruiters
- Educate hiring managers with market/industry trends to build credibility and trust
- Build strong working relationships with hiring managers
- Proactively source passive candidates using various tools and resources (LinkedIn Recruiter & Indeed)
- Screen resumes and interview candidates, building a pipeline of talent for the organization
- Compile interview feedback and make recommendations to hiring managers
- Extend job offers to candidates, liaison between business and HR throughout offer negotiation process
- Provide high level of customer service for internal and external partners and candidates
- Serve as point of contact for agency partners and external vendors; manage temporary hiring process and expenditures
- Compile and prepare recruiting activity and reports metrics to the EVP of Human Resources on a regular weekly basis
- Additional responsibilities and/or projects as required
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years related experience required
- 7+ years of full cycle corporate recruitment experience
- Experience recruiting architects and engineers or professional services background a plus
- Sound knowledge of talent acquisition techniques and best practices
- Experience recruiting for all levels and exempt/non-exempt roles
- Experienced with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Experience interpreting data and using it to guide hiring decisions
- Proven success with sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Resume Database
