Search Coordinator
We are looking for a Search Coordinator for our executive and board of director recruiting company. Working closely with a team of experienced search professionals, the Search Coordinator will learn the executive recruitment process.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will work along-side the two other Search Coordinators in assisting the Search Professionals in each search assignment. Duties include production-related projects, researching companies and candidates, and assisting in the preparation of documents related to the search process. Additionally, the individual will coordinate the process of an assignment, helping to arrange for the client to meet with relevant candidates and provide all necessary support for candidates and clients
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Heavy Typing and production-related work
- Liaison between the Search Professionals and Research Department
- Research companies and candidates as directed by Search Professional(s)
- Database entry and maintenance
- Initiate and monitor degree verification process
- Update candidate meetings in the database and documentation
- Coordinate client status calls, candidate interviews with clients, and candidate meetings with Search Professional(s)
Qualifications
- College graduate
- 5 to 12 years’ experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Internet savvy
- Ability to type 70+ wpm
- Strong mastery of MS Office (including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & Publisher)
- Exceptional proofreading and editing skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Service oriented - personally dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of quality in all aspects of the position
- Must be able to multi-task effectively in an environment that can at times be very fast paced and stressful
- Possess high energy, an unfailing sense of urgency, and a strong sense of integrity
