Bilingual Receptionist
Our client is a well-known organization in the entertainment business and is seeking a bilingual Junior Receptionist to help the office with all day-to-day operations. Reporting to the Senior Receptionist, the candidate must be looking for long-term employment and able to read, write and speak in both English and Spanish fluently. Candidate should be upbeat, approachable and interested in working in a small, tight-knit office.
Responsibilities include basic administrative tasks that include but are not limited to:
- Greeting visitors for appointments and meetings with staff
- Answering telephone calls
- Retrieving and delivering packages and incoming mail
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Take inventory on office supplies and place new orders as needed
- Other ad hoc projects as requested
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of previous corporate reception/administrative experience
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Customer service attitude and strong sense of professionalism
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Compensation: $40-45K commensurate on experience
