Office Assistant
Our client is seeking an Office Assistant for their Manhattan office. The ideal individual will have a can-do attitude, great interpersonal skills, and an eye for detail. This is an ongoing temporary opportunity starting ASAP.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Heavy phone management
- Schedule conference rooms
- Assist the office with events and major meetings
- Restocking supplies
- Organizing car services and reservations for the team
- Meeting notes
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- 1 to 3 years of administrative experience.
- Great communication skills
- Must work well in a fast pace environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, and Outlook
- Experience working with confidential information.
Compensation- dependent on experience: $15/hr-$17/hr
