Administrative Assistant
Our client, a leading ad agency, is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the New Business Unit. This is a temp to perm opportunity and will convert quickly for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and maintain executives’ calendars
- Coordinate travel arrangements for executives
- Coordinate and execute T&E
- Coordinate Client/department outings / functions
- Order and maintain supplies
- Ad hoc duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- 4-year degree, Required*
- 1-2 years’ experience, preferably in an agency
- A high proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Keynote
- Highly organized with a track record of being resourceful and self-motivated
- Ability to handle ambiguity and change, results-oriented, and ability multitask
- Demonstrated excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
- Available to work occasional overtime*
Compensation DOE:
$17-$22/hr on the temp side
$50-$55K (w/OT) when it becomes permanent
