Recruiting Coordinator
Our client, a luxury fitness brand, is looking for a Sourcer to join their recruiting team. The ideal candidate would have 1-2 years of coordinator experience, extremely strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a passion for fitness. The role will start out temporary with a chance to go permanent down the line if there is a fit. It has an ASAP start date and would be compensated based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Ensure positive candidate experience
- Run searches for open positions
- Consistently generate a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates for prioritized roles
- Partner with the corporate recruiting team to find qualified candidate leads
- Coordinate with leadership to forecast department goals and hiring needs
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of recruiting coordination or administrative support experience
- Passion for fitness
- Knowledge of MS Office and HRIS system preferred
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment
- Outstanding attention to detail and communication skills
- Interest in the recruiting/HR space
