Facilities Coordinator
Our client, an amazing researched based nonprofit organization, looking for an experienced Facilities Coordinator. This person will work directly with the Facilities Manager in maintenance and preventive maintenance efforts, including the physical aspects of the building, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, major appliances and amenities. This is a temp-to-perm position with an immediate start date.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the Facilities Manager
- Fulfill employee requests
- Perform preventative maintenance
- Key point of contact for all vendors
- Perform ad hoc handyman projects
- Oversee the properties cleaning crew
- Key point of contact for security staff
- Assist with administrative duties
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Can do attitude.
- Personable
- Strong computer skills including excel and word
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must be able crouch, kneel, crawl, and climb
- Must be able to lift, pull, and push over 50lbs
- Have working knowledge of the use of hand and power tools
- Must be able to work occasional nights, weekends, holidays when required
Compensation (dependent on experience): $15-20/hr and convert at $55-65K
