Production Associate
An independently owned New York-based real estate investment management firm is seeking a Marketing/Production Assistant to join our production team. The Junior Production Assistant will be working on a range of projects with the Production Team. At the center of the process, the production team is responsible for the end product of all marketing materials and brochures for the firm, including all reporting, plans, proposals and presentations.
Responsibilities:
- The qualified candidate will have the opportunity to advance and learn new skills. your responsibilities include:
- Perform all production duties, including preparation of all quarterly, annual and monthly reports; all asset management plans; all strategic plans; all acquisition, disposition and financing proposals; all presentations; and all marketing materials and brochures for the firm.
- Provide support to senior staff team members, as well as other members of the firm. Print and distribute hard copies, as needed.
- Color copier maintenance/supplies.
Qualifications:

- Must have experience working with Adobe InDesign and Acrobat
- Exceptional Mac skills - Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft
- Word, Microsoft Outlook, etc.
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrate excellent proofing skills
- A team player with excellent communication skills
- Highly organized and ability to multi-task; must be able to handle multiple project
- deadlines at once
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changes
This role is hybrid (3 days/week in office/2 days remote), based in the midtown office.
Comp range: $40-50k (based on experience)
