Marketing Manager

 

MARKETING MANAGER

Our client, a firm of architects and interior designers and a leader in new construction, renovation, and historic preservation of commercial, residential, and institutional properties is seeking a full-time Marketing Manager to lead the firm’s marketing, public relations, and communications strategy. We’re interested in someone who thinks strategically, enjoys being hands-on and working cross-functionally, and is comfortable advising senior leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Put together RFQ and RFPs - Prepare and coordinate proposals which includes research, outlining proposal requirements, technical writing, proofreading, formatting, printing, collating, and filing, as well as communicating with project managers, colleagues, and clients as needed.
  • Manage the firm’s qualification and RFP materials & Prepare marketing collateral and award submittals
  • Collaborate with internal project teams, our clients and consultants to promote each of our projects from planning through post-construction
  • Standardize the firm's marketing process
  • Improving on strong visual brand standards and managing the graphics and photography library
  • Support the firm’s social media presence (Instagram, Website, LinkedIn)
  • Keep leadership informed of marketing milestones and achievements
  • Update company website as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience preparing public sector proposals for an architectural or engineering firm;
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing, Communications, English, Architecture, or similar, or any suitable combination of experience of education, training, or experience is acceptable
  • Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience; preferably in the architecture, art, design, or construction field.
  • Familiarity with the AEC industry is preferred.
  • Organized self-starter with a problem-solving attitude
  • Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting deadlines
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Microsoft Office
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels and disciplines

 

Salary: 80-100k based on experience

Hybrid, 3 days in office in NoMad, NYC, 2 days work from home

Must be vaccinated
