EA to CEO - Global Firm
Our client, an international corporate communications firm, is looking for a dynamic Executive Assistant to support their CEO. With a growing list of global clients this is an ideal time to join this vibrant team! Their areas of expertise include sustainability, investor communications, digital, film, and integrated campaigns. In this position you will be providing administrative and personal support to their CEO. The ideal candidate thrives in a structured environment, has 6+ years of experience of being an Executive Assistant to a C-Level Executive, is loyal, and has TOP communications skills.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a true right hand to the CEO
- Maintain multiple calendars
- Help with projects (via PowerPoint and Excel)
- Book international and domestic travel
- Track expense reports
- Prove personal support as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 6+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant (for a C-Level Executive)
- Completion of a 2-hour writing test
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Advanced skills of PowerPoint, Excel, Google Mail and Google Calendar
